Shipping policy

At Chirpie Australia, your safety is our priority. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience.

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days after receiving your order.
Non-Business Days: Please note that we are closed on weekends, public holidays, and during the Christmas & New Year period. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Australia: Free standard letter (untracked), Australia Post tracked letter $5, or Express $11.
Larger orders: Orders of 4 or more original Chirpies, or 3 or more of any other model, don’t fit in a letter, so they ship free by Australia Post tracked parcel, or by Express for $11.
Local pickup: Free pickup from our Mordialloc office (Australia only).
New Zealand: Tracked shipping $20.
Prices: Shipping prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. You’ll see the available options and their prices at checkout.
Transparency: You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase, ensuring no hidden fees.

Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if you have selected a shipping method with tracking.
International Shipping: We ship within Australia and to New Zealand. We don’t ship to other countries at this time.

Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet our dispatch timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress, if you have selected a shipping method with tracking.
